Ashlee Adams, MSW, LCSW

I work with both individuals and families, and specialize in working with adolescents and young people aged 10-25.

Therapy is both a partnership and a collaboration. I especially enjoy helping clients to process experiences, identify areas in their lives that are feeling stagnant, discuss identity formation, and learn new coping skills.

By working together, I can help you identify patterns that were once useful, but which may no longer serve you. My goal is to hold space to facilitate us doing the work that inspired you to begin therapy. Together we will take first steps towards fostering a compassionate connection to your truest self. This venture is uniquely yours, and I am so excited to bear witness to it.

I am committed to providing a safe and accepting therapeutic environment that facilitates growth, insight, and change. I’m a white, cisgender, queer femme who works with people from all walks of life. Holding my own identities, I understand how important it is to explore intersectionality as part of your therapeutic journey. I work from an anti-oppression and trauma-informed framework and welcome dialogue about cultural and identity dynamics. I am committed to my own personal privilege and oppression work.

Some things I can process with you include:

I also have experience working with:

  • BIPOC
  • Groups
  • Communication between family members
